5/ are the charges quoted fully inclusive .

6/ will you be the photographer that will do our work .

7/ are the images that we are viewing all taken by you .

8/ will we own the copyrights , if not can we purchase them and how much will it cost .

9/ will we have the choice of a full professional image reproduction aftersales service ie/ images supplied on disk , hand tinting , wet prints ect .

10/ how will my work be presented ie/ contact sheets , mounted slides , original prints at required sizes , original photographs , preview album .
